Knights main goal is to create and maintain squads of netballers who are of a standard to be able to offer competition as part of the elite level men's and mixed scene and also to Premier League/Super League and International level women's teams. They are based in London, and train at the iconic Copper Box Arena.

Today you can find many members of Knights playing in our Mixed A grade social leagues on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Angel. A few umpire for us too!
