Every Monday night is training night with Level 2 qualified netball coach Flick!

The one hour training sessions are from 7-8pm and 8-9pm for individual players or teams that would like an exclusive session.

Training sessions are open sessions for a maximum of 12 people and is your chance to brush up on and improve your netball skills. Defence, shooting, centre passes, back line passes and of course fitness are all covered - anything to suit you and your team's needs!

To guarantee a spot on an open training session please click on the link below and make payment through paypal. You may also turn up on the day although there is no guarantee that there will be space available!

If you would like to reserve a training session solely for your team please confirm with us in advance that the required session is available. You will then be asked to return to this page and pay for the session in advance. The cost for an exclusive team training session is £50.
